Backpack Racks Over the last two years, the PTA has funded the Dad’s Project to update all the school backpack racks by each classroom. The teachers are thrilled that the numerous backpacks can now be organized! Many thanks to Dean Burrill, who ran the project, with assistance from other dads: Tom Baginski, Terry Miles, Roy Bleich, Glenn Geotina, John Barakos, Steve Bauer, Neil Wilson, and Michael Sheehan. Thanks to Lafayette Ace Hardware for supplying all the materials at their cost, and to the Miles family for donating the wood for re-use from their old deck… this last set of racks was a “green” project!
