Welcome to the 2008-2009 school year! All of us at Burton Valley School want to make this a successful year for your child. The teachers have been busy getting their classrooms and curriculum ready, custodians have cleaned our campus, our secretaries continue to do everything for everybody, and Ms. Chohlis and I have been busy planning and preparing for the students' return.
I saw firsthand what an amazing PTA we have as they organized a fantastic Bobcat Day and Welcome Back Coffee. I am impressed with the incredible teachers we have and the great support we get from so many in our community. Burton Valley Elementary School is a wonderful place to be: a student, a teacher, a parent, and an administrator. Thank you for a great start and I look forward to meeting you soon at our Back-to-School Nights.
